Brittany was born and raised in Houma, Louisiana where she graduated form Vandebilt Catholic High in 2011. Shortly after graduating, she moved to Lafayette to attend the University of Louisiana at Lafayette where she majored in Public Relations. She took a break from her degree to pursue a modeling career. Brittany has traveled the country modeling for designers Sherri Hill, Show Me Your MUMU, and Madison James just to name a few. She had the opportunity to model in New York Fashion Week and has had several spreads in national magazines such as New You & Seventeen Magazine.
Brittany is no stranger to pageantry even though she claims to have been a tomboy buying her second dress ever for her first pageant! She entered her first pageant at the age of 15, the Miss Louisiana Teen USA 2009 competition. She won and went on to represent Louisiana at the national Miss Teen USA competition, placing 4thRunner-up. At the age of 21, Brittany captured the title of Miss Louisiana USA 2014 where she went on to Miss USA placing 3rdRunner-up. Brittany now resides in New Orleans where she works and is owner of Empowering Crowns, a pageant consulting business. Along with pageant consulting Brittany is a Product Specialist for the automotive company, Lexus. Brittany enjoys getting to travel around the country narrating for Lexus; however, Brittany’s true passion is coaching, as she loves what she does, knowing every girl that walks out of her studio will take the skills they learned with them for the rest of their lives. Brittany’s hobbies also include traveling, walking her dogs (Dash & Mia), gardening, baking, bowling, and of course spending time with friends and family.
